Cancellation Policy

1. Packages & Services • Signature Package – Mixing & mastering up to 120 tracks, includes 3 revisions. • Platinum Artist VIP Package – Mixing & mastering up to 300 tracks, includes 5 revisions, priority scheduling, and alternate versions. 2. Delivery Timelines • Standard Delivery: 7–10 business days (included with all packages). • Rush Delivery: Any deadline under 7 business days will be considered a Rush Order and will incur a 50% surcharge of the total project cost. Rush work is subject to availability and must be approved before acceptance. 3. File Submission Requirements • Delivery timelines begin only after all required files are received (stems, reference mixes, project notes, and payment). • Files must be properly labeled and organized. Incorrect or incomplete submissions will delay project start. 4. Revisions • Signature Package: 3 revisions included. • Platinum Artist VIP: 5 revisions included. • Revisions are scheduled weekly on Fridays, unless otherwise communicated. • Additional revisions beyond the package limit may incur extra fees. 5. Payment & Booking • Full payment (or approved deposit, if offered) is required to secure your booking. • Work will not begin until payment and all necessary files have been received. 6. Cancellations & Refunds • Bookings are non-refundable once work has begun. • Cancellations prior to work beginning may be refunded at Xerran’s discretion, less any administrative fees. 7. Unexpected Delays • While every effort will be made to honor delivery timelines, Xerran is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as technical issues, emergencies, or client-side delays. 8. Agreement By booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Booking Policy. Any exceptions or custom arrangements must be confirmed in writing.
