Cancellation Policy

Payment All bookings must be paid in full at the time of scheduling to secure your slot in the calendar. Projects will not begin until payment has been received. Project Intake After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with an intake form and Dropbox upload link. Stems must be consolidated WAV files, clearly labeled by instrument/track. Projects will not start until both the intake form and files are submitted. Turnaround Times • Signature Release: 7–10 business days • Platinum Artist VIP: 72-hour priority turnaround Timelines begin once all files and project details are received. Revisions • Signature Release includes 2 rounds of revisions. • Platinum Artist VIP includes unlimited revisions. • All revisions are processed on Fridays only to maintain workflow efficiency. File Delivery Final mixes are delivered in high-resolution WAV format, optimized for streaming platforms. Platinum Artist VIP also includes stem delivery and alternate versions (instrumental, acapella, clean edit) upon request. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for preparing and delivering all required files on time. Delays in submitting files will delay delivery. Clear instructions, references, and creative notes must be provided in the intake form before work begins. Refunds & Cancellations Due to the nature of creative services, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a booking is confirmed. Cancellations or no-shows will not be refunded. Rescheduling may be offered at Xerran’s discretion if communicated in advance. Rush Requests For Signature Release projects requiring faster turnaround than the standard 7–10 business days, a rush fee may be applied, subject to availability. Agreement By booking a service, you acknowledge and accept these policies, including payment, timelines, revisions, and delivery terms.
